 Nancy Allen is a Registered Corporate Coach, and a Training Professional with over twenty years experience in designing and conducting one-on-one coaching and group training sessions. She is the president and cofounder of IMPACT Training & Development, a firm specializing in providing coaching, coach training, and professional development programs and services.

She has worked with many organizations both locally and nationally conducting professional workshops and developmental coaching. Additionally, Nancy has provided services in the areas of assessment, leadership, teambuilding, sales, and career development.

Nancy has a Masters Degree in Counseling from John Carroll University, and has completed courses in specific coach training from the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC).

She is a past Vice President of the Board of the Atlanta Chapter, and is a past president of the Greater Cleveland Chapter of the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD). She is a member of the International Coach Federation, Society of Human Resource Managers, the Organization Change Alliance, and the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.

She is an Instructor for the Registered Corporate Coach Program through WABC
